We used Smile Travel Co to book our 2D1N cruise on the Erina cruise line, with transfers from Hanoi, return. Nguyen Luyen was our tour specialist from Smile Travel Co and she excelled with organising and also got a very good rate for us (4 adults) she was always available with any inquiries we had.
The cruise was fantastic (weather not so great) with great service; food and accommodation on board was excellent. Would highly recommend both Smile Travel Co and the Erina Cruise Line for this worldly experience.

Communication via wats app was instantaneous and the organisation of our itineraries was fabulous. He gave us plenty of excellent advice, even about other parts of our holiday that we were not organising with him. There was never any attempt to upsell or pressurise us into a sale, and the prices he offered were very competitive…
